Justin Carey – Owner & Tattoo Artist: Justin has been a well respected artist since the 90s and has been tattooing for over a decade. His art ranges from canvas, to wood, to tattooing. A true artist, he is ready to bring your creative tattoo ideas to the next level.

Aaron Kekoa Lui-Kwan – Tattoo Artist: Born and raised in Seattle. Being from a native Hawaiian family, he found a love and deep interest in his roots. Since high school and his art was always driven by the ocean and culture that running through his veins. Aaron started tattooing as another extension of his art — It was a perfect blend of the Contemporary Hawaiian art, Japanese art, and his own visual journey and evolution as a working artist. After 15 years living in Hawaii he’s back Washington and currently work for Black River Tattoo.
